"Ballerina Dance"
With the soft summer breezes "Ballerina" shrub rose starts to
bloom with baby pink buds that open up like ballerina skirts
swinging open into a full pirouette. This color pencil drawing
is on vellum paper. The textured charcoal background sets the stage for the
glowing pink flowers that dance around the yellow spotlights of
coreopsis that seem to glow.
